About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to diverse student populations.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and legal standards.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to promote student growth.
- Monitor progress regularly to support communication goals.
- Focus solely on therapy services without non-therapeutic duties.
Requirements
- Active SLP licensure, including CFY candidates or CCC-SLP holders.
- Experience working in a school setting with K-8 students.
- Bilingual proficiency required.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment, and intervention.
- Collaborative and effective communication skills.
