About the Role
Join a travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity in Boscawen, NH at a skilled nursing facility. Use clinical skills to assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders while supporting the needs of a post-acute population.
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders in a post-acute population.
- Work in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Perform dysphagia evaluations and treatments, including clinical bedside and instrumental referrals.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
- Active New Hampshire SLP state license.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment preferred.
