- Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

- Float between facilities as needed
- Dress code is black scrubs
- Productivity requirement is 90%
