Role And Responsibilities Provide speech-language pathology services in a skilled nursing facility, assessing and treating speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for sub-acute rehabilitation patients. Develop personalized treatment plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation. Work to improve communication and swallowing outcomes, supporting safe discharges and rehabilitation goals. Qualifications And Skills Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA) or equivalent.Active state license in Arizona required.BLS certification may be required.Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.Strong communication and teamwork skills. Additional Details Shift: 8-hour workday.No float required.Travel SLP experience and familiarity with documentation systems preferred.
