Speech Language Pathologist Team Supervisor

About the role

This position leads our Speech Department, while maintaining a personal caseload. You will get to directly impact and indirectly support families in your local community.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a personal caseload of clients
• Lead the Speech Department
• Directly supervise a minimum of 3 assistants under their license
• Oversight of a team of 20 or more Speech Therapy Clinicians
• Manage a 14 visit weekly expectation

Requirements

• Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the current state of practice
• Meets the education and experience requirements for a Certification of Clinical Competence in speech pathology or audiology granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association; or meets the educational requirements for certification and is in the process of accumulating the supervised experience required for certification
• Valid, unexpired Driver’s License
• Experience in pediatric rehabilitative services preferred

Qualifications

• Meet the qualifications as established by ASHA or other professional organization
• Meet the education and experience requirements for a Certification of Clinical Competence in speech pathology or audiology granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association; or meet the educational requirements for certification and are in the process of accumulating the supervised experience required for certification

Up to $90,000 per year
