About the role
The primary purpose of the position is providing and directly speech therapy services to patients which may include adult and/or geriatric persons. The goal of helping them reach their maximum performance potential within a medical model of practice shall occur.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Assess and evaluate patients' speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Ohio Speech Language Pathologist license required.
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology.

Pay
Competitive pay commensurate with experience.
Schedule
PRN (as needed) hours at a skilled nursing facility in Williamsburg, Ohio.
