Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new products or services.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate customer feedback into actionable insights.
• Prepare and present reports on customer feedback and market trends to senior leadership.
• Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of market research methodologies and tools is beneficial.

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
