About the role

Responsible for leading software development projects. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Collaborates with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Conducts code reviews and provides feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
  • Participates in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensures software meets performance, security, and scalability standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience with at least one major programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools.
  • Understanding of software architecture principles and patterns.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Knowledge of API design and RESTful services.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
