About the role

Responsible for leading a team of developers in designing and implementing innovative software solutions. Oversee project timelines, manage resources, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices are followed and code quality is maintained.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to users.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, and incorporate these into the development process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with databases and database management systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.

Pay
