About the role
Responsible for leading a team of developers in designing and implementing innovative software solutions. Oversee project timelines, manage resources, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices are followed and code quality is maintained.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to users.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, and incorporate these into the development process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with databases and database management systems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools.
Skills
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
