Benchmark Therapies is seeking weekday Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologists to join our caring, dedicated team at the PA Soldiers' and Sailors' Home in Erie, PA.

What You'll Do

• Provide speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing evaluations and treatment
• Help residents maintain communication abilities, cognitive function, safe swallowing, and overall quality of life
• Build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their independence and well-being
• Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
• Educate residents, families, and staff regarding therapy goals, outcomes, and strategies for success
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture where support and ideas are shared

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing
• A genuine appreciation for and interest in serving the veteran community
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• A positive, supportive approach to patient care

Pay Range
