Speech Language Pathologist - SLP / Speech Therapist

About the Role

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will evaluate, develop, and deliver personalized therapy services to diverse clients across all age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized and observational tools.
• Create individualized treatment plans targeting communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing goals.
• Provide tailored therapy sessions and collaborate with healthcare teams and families.
• Assist with inpatient evaluations and ensure proper documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry practices.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist; CCC-SLP preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with evidence-based techniques and electronic health records.
