Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on progress metrics and KPIs.
  • Document progress and outcomes in patient records and reports.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy using a variety of modalities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
  • Utilize clinical pipelines to identify and prioritize high-potential cases.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home practice.

Requirements

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with active state licensure.
  • Experience in comprehensive SLP assessments across pediatric and adult populations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and monitor individual treatment plans with KPIs.
  • Commitment to safety, ethical standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapy modalities and outcome documentation.
  • Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams and care coordination.
  • Able to prioritize cases using clinical pipelines for high-potential patients.
  • On-site service delivery with a results-driven mindset and self-accountability.
  • Strong documentation skills; accurate progress notes and patient reports.
