Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on progress metrics and KPIs.
- Document progress and outcomes in patient records and reports.
- Provide evidence-based therapy using a variety of modalities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

Requirements
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with active state licensure.
- Experience in comprehensive SLP assessments across pediatric and adult populations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and monitor individual treatment plans with KPIs.
- Commitment to safety, ethical standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapy modalities and outcome documentation.
- Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams and care coordination.
