Join our growing rehabilitation team! Due to continued program growth and strong community partnerships, we're adding a Speech-Language Pathologist to support our expanding multidisciplinary team. NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team in Mayfield Village, OH. Our PRN Speech-Language Pathologists enjoy a collaborative team culture, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to help patients reach their fullest potential.

Schedule

PRN, weekdays (Mon-Fri)

Pay

$50.00/Hr.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships by providing quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
• Coordinate treatment programs in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services using a collaborative approach.
• Maintain a high standard of care by evaluating assigned patients and establishing appropriate treatment goals and programs.
• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment goals for patients to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals.
• Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation of Clinical Fellowship Year, including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.

Requirements

• State SLP licensure required
• ASHA certification is required
• 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required
• Must have Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) for this position
