Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - PRN

About the role

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team in Mayfield, OH. The ideal candidate will enjoy a collaborative team culture, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to help patients reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs
• Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals
• Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services
• Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs
• Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study
• State SLP licensure required

Requirements

• AshA certification is required
• 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required
