Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients as needed
• Assess and document patient progress

Requirements

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Current Illinois SLP license
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred
