Speech Language Pathologist / SLP - PRN

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Stay updated on best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Minnesota
• Current CPR certification
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred
