Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and physical and occupational therapists
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited program
- Current Texas State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with patients in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
