About the role
Vista Grande Villa in Jackson, MI is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) on a PRN basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to patients as needed
- Assess and evaluate patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Document progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan
- Experience working with patients in a rehabilitation setting preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
Skills
- Knowledge of speech-language pathology principles and practices
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR)
