Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Outpatient Clinic | Cypress, TX

About the role

Responsibilities

• Create and implement personalized therapy plans that help children reach meaningful milestones
• Turn therapy into fun, engaging experiences through play-based activities
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, and teammates
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, well-rounded care

Requirements

• Active Texas SLP license – REQUIRED
• A passion for working with children and making therapy both effective and fun
• Physical ability to move, play, and engage with children throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with patient positioning
• Ability to transition between sitting, standing, kneeling, and more
• Ability to use quick, responsive movements to support patient needs

Schedule

Flexible schedule options are available, including:

• Four 9-hour days with a half-day Friday
• Four 10-hour days for a longer weekend
