About the role

Lead and mentor a team of four SLPAs in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting.

Provide regular mentorship, feedback, and clinical support so every child receives evidence-based care.

Guide treatment planning and goal development across the speech caseload.

Review and co-sign documentation — ensure clinical notes meet compliance and quality standards.

Monitor patient progress and adjust approaches alongside your assistant team.

Join interdisciplinary meetings and coordinate care with OT and PFT.

Foster a team culture of learning, mutual support, and clinical excellence.

Keep organized systems for scheduling, supervision logs, and documentation review.

Stay current on best practices and advancements in pediatric speech-language therapy.

Help shape and refine clinical processes as part of a growing organization.

Requirements

Current Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in good standing.

Minimum of 3 years of pediatric experience (supervisory or mentorship experience strongly preferred).

Deep knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, language, and pragmatic skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfort using EMR systems and reviewing documentation for clinical accuracy and compliance.
