About the role
Lead and mentor a team of four SLPAs in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting. Provide regular mentorship, feedback, and clinical support so every child receives evidence-based care. Guide treatment planning and goal development across the speech caseload. Review and co-sign documentation—ensure clinical notes meet compliance and quality standards. Monitor patient progress and adjust approaches alongside your assistant team. Join interdisciplinary meetings and coordinate care with OT and PT. Foster a team culture of learning, mutual support, and clinical excellence. Keep organized systems for scheduling, supervision logs, and documentation review. Stay current on best practices and advancements in pediatric speech-language therapy. Help shape and refine clinical processes as part of a growing organization.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Current Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of pediatric experience (supervisory or mentorship experience strongly preferred)
- Deep knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, language, and pragmatic skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort using EMR systems and reviewing documentation for clinical accuracy and compliance
