SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) - LIBERTY COMMONS OF HALIFAX COUNTY

About the Role

Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Therapy program
• Licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working
• Must have 3 C's (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred
• 1 year of experience preferred
• This is not a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) position
