Speech Language Pathologist / SLP - full-time

About the role

Join a passionate rehab team at Bethea Retirement Community in Darlington, SC. Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in a supportive senior living environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy to residents
• Evaluate and assess residents' communication, cognition, and swallowing needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in South Carolina
• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ACLS certification

• Strong clinical skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology
