Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join Autumn Care of Raeford, a supportive skilled nursing facility in Raeford, NC.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services in a skilled nursing facility
• Work as part of a supportive, collaborative rehab team
• Manage an established, steady patient caseload
