About the role

Seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, plan, treat, and implement care for patients with speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions
  • Educate patients and caregivers
  • Manage discharge planning and handle administrative duties such as documentation, billing, and scheduling
  • Supervise support staff and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal clinical and financial outcomes
  • Coordinate with physicians and adhere to organizational policies, professional ethics, and scope of practice
  • Deliver care across various settings, including outpatient, inpatient, home health, and skilled nursing facilities

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in speech and language pathology from an accredited program
  • Current licensure or registration to practice in the state
  • Open to CFY candidates and final-year students, with a stipend available for up to 12 months before employment

Schedule

Flexible schedule primarily Monday to Friday, with possible remote or hybrid options. No weekend, holiday, or call obligations.

Pay

Salary range from $72,716.80 to $109,075.20.
