Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - FT | Victoria Rehab

About the role

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide care for a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong desire and commitment to learn. At PAM Health, we serve chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care across more than 80 locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs according to speech therapy principles and practices.
• Develop and adapt treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.
• Participate in the further development of speech‑language services within the organization.
• Maintain flexibility to work across multiple facilities as required by the company.

Requirements

• Current SLP license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
