About the role
We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn. At PAM Health, we care for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. Our teams work together to deliver the highest level of compassionate care, ensuring the best possible outcome for our patients.
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individuals according to the principles and practices of speech therapy. The SLP will additionally be involved in the further development of the services and must be flexible to meet the needs of the company within many different facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in speech therapy.
- Plan and implement specific treatment programs for individuals based on speech therapy principles.
- Contribute to the further development of speech therapy services.
- Adapt to the needs of the company across various facilities.
Requirements
- SLP license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
- Current BLS certification.

- One year of clinical experience preferred.
