Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Experienced Clinician
About the role
At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice designed to support experienced clinicians in focusing on what they do best: client care, mentorship, and career advancement.
Responsibilities
- 30-minute one-to-one sessions fostering strong client and caregiver relationships
- Two evaluations per week
- Built-in documentation time for personal rest and recovery
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) CCC-SLP certification in good standing
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Colorado Department of Regulatory Protection (DORA) SLP license, or eligibility to obtain
- BLS/CPR certification

Pay
Compensation options include a salary ranging from $90,000 to $122,000 or a pay-per-billed-hour rate of $35 to $43.20 per visit, $120 per evaluation, and $35 to $36 per meeting hour. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.
