About the role
Eden Senior Care, founded in 2016, is a growing healthcare management company focused on operating skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and assisted living communities in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Alabama. Edenbrook of Green Bay is hiring a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide rehabilitation services across one or more of these locations.
Responsibilities
- Perform therapy interventions using standard techniques and skills appropriate for the patient’s condition.
- Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and other team members.
- Assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
- Instruct patient’s family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
- Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
