About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a growing outpatient team in Denver, CO.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals based on patient needs.
- Provide evidence-based speech therapy services to pediatric and adult patients.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Complete evaluation reports, daily treatment notes, plans of care, progress reports, and discharge summaries accurately and in a timely manner.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, educators, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Independently manage your daily schedule while working collaboratively with a supportive clinical team.
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or current Clinical Fellow (CFY).
- Experience treating pediatric and adult patient populations preferred.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Professional references required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
