About the role
A dynamic Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to individuals of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions in person and remotely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination
- Evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Requirements
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in SLP
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Proficient in using speech therapy software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
