About the role

We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech therapy care in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat patients with diverse needs such as orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-acute conditions
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
  • Establish treatment goals and chart patient progress
  • Follow federal and state guidelines
  • Supervise Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLPs if certified

Requirements

  • Hold a graduate degree in speech therapy
  • ASHA certified or eligible
  • Maintain active licensure
