About the role
We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech therapy care in a skilled nursing facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with diverse needs such as orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-acute conditions
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Establish treatment goals and chart patient progress
- Follow federal and state guidelines
- Supervise Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLPs if certified
Requirements
- Hold a graduate degree in speech therapy
- ASHA certified or eligible
- Maintain active licensure
