About the role

We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting. The role involves evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients improve their communication and swallowing functions. The SLP collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, documenting progress and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Improve patients’ communication and swallowing functions
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
• Document patient progress and ensure compliance with regulations
• Oversee therapy for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
• Chart accurately and utilize therapy software effectively

Requirements

• Accredited graduate degree in speech therapy
• ASHA certification or eligibility
• Valid state license

Qualifications

• Prior experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
