About the role

Team 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy is a family-owned, locally-run pediatric therapy provider serving the west side of Phoenix. We offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, applied behavior analysis, feeding therapy, lactation support, and myofunctional therapy services across four clinics. We are expanding to open our fifth clinic and are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day treatment including individual sessions, group classes, and evaluations
• Participation in weekly department/company meetings and supervision meetings
• Assistance from therapy aides during sessions

Requirements

• Must hold a current Arizona Speech Therapy License. Out-of-state candidates must be willing to obtain an Arizona license.
• Must be fluent in a second language if applying for a dual language position.
• Willingness to relocate to Phoenix, Arizona.
