Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring positive rehabilitation outcomes for patients and their families.
• Provide therapy for a variety of diseases and impairments using progressive treatment modalities within a supportive rehab environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Hold a valid state license with at least 3 C's.
• Previous rehabilitation experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year experience.
• This position is not for a CFY.
