Responsibilities

  • Provide effective and efficient delivery of rehab services as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Design and execute personalized treatment plans to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' speech and communication abilities.
  • Address the whole patient, tailoring programs to individual needs and disorders or deficits in communication and swallowing.
  • Adapt to varied patient needs and work settings, finding joy in the diversity of daily tasks.
  • Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
  • Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
  • Perform related tasks such as cleaning equipment, attending meetings, and documenting progress.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders, or a similarly-titled area consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
  • Licensed, certified, or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Pay

Posted salary range: USD $43.00 - USD $50.00 per hour.
