Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

ESS Clinical is seeking a dedicated CCC Speech Language Pathologist for an elementary school in Jackson County School District for the 2026–2027 school year. Join a collaborative and supportive team of professionals dedicated to helping students thrive.

Pay

Up to $2,156 per week. W2, 1099, and travel contract options available.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (or provisional)
• State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required
• Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates welcome to apply
• No non-compete clauses in contracts

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
