About the role
Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide compassionate inpatient post-ICU services for critically ill patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of communication and swallowing functions
- Develop goal-oriented treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Monitor service quality and participate in peer reviews
- Contribute to departmental policies and supply management
- Share knowledge and identify educational needs within the team
Requirements
- Current state licensure as an SLP
- Certified BLS or completion within 90 days
Qualifications
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association
