Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

About the role

MIYO Health is seeking a Minnesota‑licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide fully virtual school‑based services during a maternity leave from October 2026 through January 2027. This short‑term, fully virtual assignment allows an SLP to support students and collaborate with a school team from home.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual speech and language services according to student IEPs
• Manage an assigned school‑based caseload
• Complete required documentation and progress monitoring
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
• Complete evaluations and other SLP responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current Minnesota SLP license and appropriate school credentials
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
• School‑based experience (previous school‑based experience required)
• Comfort providing services through a virtual platform (teletherapy experience preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and technology skills
• If licensed in another state and willing to obtain Minnesota licensure, MIYO Health will reimburse licensure costs for qualified candidates
