Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Meadow Falls of Finneytown is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to join a dynamic team of rehabilitation therapists dedicated to helping senior patients live their best lives. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships with patients, utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, and provide individualized, one-on-one treatment in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques
• Establish treatment goals and develop/implement appropriate Speech Pathology treatment programs based on full clinical evaluation
• Provide rehabilitative services under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team
• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate patient plans of care
• Deliver one-on-one treatment sessions with a functional-based approach, ensuring individualized attention for each resident

Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills

Schedule

Desirable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.

Pay

USD $43.00 – $59.00 per hour.
