Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

About the role

Key Rehab is seeking a Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Grinnel/Brooklyn, IA area at a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients
• Create treatment plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Help patients achieve their goals

Qualifications

• Accredited Education: Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program with an active SLP license in the state of practice
• Certification: CCCs required, or be a CFY candidate
• Compliance: Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations

• Experience with Geriatric Population
• Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations
