Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
- Evaluate patient communication, cognition, and swallowing to develop individualized treatment goals
- Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
- Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards
Requirements
- Active Speech Therapist (SLP-CCC) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Compensation and Benefits*
- The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $80 - $90 per visit
- This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity
- Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO
