InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed home care Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Chester County. This role offers a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
- Evaluate patient communication, cognition, and swallowing to develop individualized treatment goals
- Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
- Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards
Requirements
- Active Speech Therapist (SLP-CCC) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
- Basic comfort with technology – email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
Pay
The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $80 – $85 per visit. This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
