InHome Therapy is hiring full-time licensed home care Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Naples. We are looking for a team member who values a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, and supportive team environment.

- IHT SLP Clinical Excellence Bonus – earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume
- The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $80–$90 per visit
- Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Key responsibilities
- Deliver in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
- Evaluate patient communication, cognition, and swallowing to develop individualized treatment goals
- Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
- Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards
Requirements
- Active Speech Therapist (SLP-CCC) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
- Basic comfort with technology – email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
