Role: Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities Assess and treat patients with communication, swallowing, and related disorders.Design and implement personalized therapy plans to restore and improve speech and communication skills.Collaborate with patients and caregivers to promote independence and effective communication.Address the whole patient, tailoring interventions to individual needs across various settings.Engage in team collaboration, make referrals as needed, and educate patients and caregivers.Maintain effective documentation and ensure the delivery of efficient rehab services. Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent, accredited by ASHA.Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or eligible for it.State licensure or credentials required in the practice location.Strong interpersonal, adaptable, and team-oriented skills, with a passion for helping others. Key Duties: Provide comprehensive speech therapy, develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
