Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with communication, swallowing, and related disorders.
• Design and implement personalized therapy plans to restore and improve speech and communication skills.
• Collaborate with patients and caregivers to promote independence and effective communication.
• Address the whole patient, tailoring interventions to individual needs across various settings.
• Engage in team collaboration, make referrals as needed, and educate patients and caregivers.
• Maintain effective documentation and ensure the delivery of efficient rehab services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent, accredited by ASHA.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or eligible for it.
• State licensure or credentials required in the practice location.
• Strong interpersonal, adaptable, and team-oriented skills, with a passion for helping others.

Key Duties

• Provide comprehensive speech therapy.
