Speech - Language Pathologist (SLP) - Acute Care
About the Role
PT Solutions is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in Anderson, IN, and is also considering part-time candidates. This role is based at Ascension St. Vincent Anderson, where PT Solutions partners with the health system to provide specialized rehabilitation services within a 125-bed inpatient facility, including 13 dedicated acute rehab beds.
The clinic serves patients across various stages of recovery, particularly those recovering from trauma, surgeries, and strokes. As a Level 3 Trauma Center, Ascension St. Vincent handles a wide range of complex and emergency cases. The hospital is also Joint Commission (JC) Stroke Certified, reflecting a commitment to specialized, evidence-based treatment for stroke patients.

Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to the next level of care
- Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
- Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (e.g., physicians, case management, nurses, etc.)
Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAA-approved Speech-Language Pathology program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology
- Basic Life Support certification

Pay
Pay Range: $36.00 - $44.00 per hour. Any posted pay range considers multiple compensation factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
