Speech Language Pathologist - Schools

About the Role

Full Time SLP - Special Ed / ESE Center School. School time 7:45a-4:30p, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Contract length: 39 weeks. Start date: 08/10/2026 - 5/31/2026 (EOY). The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.

Openings & Assignment Details

• 3+ openings
• Charting system used
• Client interview required (can set up phone call interview with POC if requested)
• Average max ratio/caseload: 60-65 students

Compensation

• Local: $68+/hr
• Travel (over 50mi): $2650+ gross weekly

Requirements

• Must have active SLP-CCC license
• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract
• Pediatric experience required
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
