Speech Language Pathologist - Schools

Make a lasting impact where it matters most — in the classroom and beyond. We are seeking a passionate, student-centered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to support students’ communication development, empower their success, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that values your expertise.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs) aligned with student goals
- Provide high-quality therapy services in individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure holistic student development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success strategies
Requirements
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of assignment (required)
- CCC-SLP preferred (may be required depending on state or district)
- Strong knowledge of best practices in school-based therapy
- Ability to work effectively with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, student-focused care
Additional requirements include compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, current CPR certification (if applicable), completion of TB screening, health certification, or related requirements (per state/district), and must be 18 years of age or older.
