We are seeking a passionate and experienced Consulting Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language disorders and develop individualized treatment plans to address identified needs.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students according to their individual treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to implement strategies that support students' communication skills in the classroom and at home.
• Conduct regular progress monitoring and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure students are making progress toward their speech and language goals.
• Provide consultation and training to school staff and parents on how to support students' communication skills in the classroom and at home.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss students' progress and plan for their future needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of students' progress, treatment plans, and services provided.

Requirements

• A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting.
• Exceptional knowledge of speech and language development and disorders, as well as effective treatment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and school staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A commitment to continued professional development and staying current with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
