Epic Special Education Staffing is partnering with an exceptional school district looking for a contract School Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year. We're offering a $2,000 Completion Bonus for eligible clinicians and educators who commit to and complete their full school year assignment (30+ hours/week), plus the opportunity to earn up to $3,000 in referral bonuses. Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech language pathology services to elementary school students
• Work on-site at the partner school district in Hagerstown, MD
• Maintain full-time schedule (35 hours per week) for the contract duration

Compensation

• Weekly pay range: $47.25 – $54.34 per hour on a local contract

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as a School Speech Language Pathologist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid School Speech Language Pathologist credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not available)
